A. ITEMS RELATED TO THE ADMISSION:

New Students should come with the following documents:

1. Originals and four photocopies of each of Notification of Admission, JAMB UTME result slip, WASSCE/NECO/other qualifying results;
2. References from the last school attended and candidate's Spiritual Leader,
3. Parental/Guardian Declaration of Support and Commitment;

Candidate's Personal Statement -(What I intend to achieve at Maduka University)

B. MATERIALS RECOMMENDED:

In addition to the facilities provided, we recommend that each student should come to Campus with the following items:

9. Bed-sheets, Blankets, and Mosquito Nets

12. Buckets and water bailing Bowls
13. Plastic Hangers
14. Decent Clothes, Sandals and Shoes

C. ITEMS PROHIBITED:

For the sake of safety and security, the following items are NOT ALLOWED:

1. Prescription drugs such as Raphenol, Tramadol, drugs with Codeine, and any other controlled substances

4. Alcoholic beverages and Drinks
5. Lethal weapons and injections
6. Kitchen knives
7. Guns and Bullets
8. Bangers (Knockouts, fireworks and explosives)
9. Kerosene Lamps, gas Lamps, gas cookers, Candles, Matches and Lighters
10. Cooking utensils such as hot plates, rice cookers
11. Refrigerators, grillers, ovens and microwave ovens
12. Items for sale
13. Diabolic materials
14. Faded and tattered jeans, chinos and corduroy
15. TV sets
